Who we are
MarketSharkly is a free website of financial calculators and tools (loans, salary, savings, investing and corporate-finance calculators). This policy explains what personal data we process and why, in line with the GDPR.
Data we collect
The calculators run entirely in your browser — the numbers you type into them are never sent to or stored on our servers. If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture. For security and analytics we also process technical data such as your IP address, approximate location, browser and device type.
How we use your data
We use it to run your account when you sign in, to keep the platform secure (rate limiting and abuse prevention), to understand overall traffic and usage, and to show ads through Google AdSense. We never sell your personal data.
Cookies and advertising
We use Google AdSense to show ads and Google Analytics to measure traffic; both may set cookies and use device identifiers to personalize ads and measure their performance. See our Cookie Policy for details and how to opt out.
Legal basis
We rely on the performance of our service (running your account when you sign in), our legitimate interest in keeping the platform secure and understanding usage, and your consent for advertising and analytics cookies.
